Booking & Payment Terms

Booking Fee

  • A non-refundable booking fee of 50% of the total package price is required to secure your photography session date.
  • Your booking is not confirmed until the booking fee has been received.
  • The booking fee reserves your date and time exclusively for you.

Final Payment

  • The remaining 50% balance is due no later than 7 days before your scheduled session.
  • Sessions will not proceed if final payment has not been received by the due date.

Cancellation Policy

Non-Refundable Booking Fee

  • The 50% booking fee is non-refundable under all circumstances once paid.
  • This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including but not limited to personal emergencies, illness, weather conditions, or change of plans.

Cancellation on the Day

  • If you cancel your session on the scheduled day, you will owe 100% of the total package price.
  • This includes cancellations made due to last-minute changes, no-shows, or failure to attend the session.
  • Any outstanding balance must be paid within 7 days of the scheduled session date.

Photographer-Initiated Cancellation

  • If I need to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered:
    • A full refund of all payments made, OR
    • The option to reschedule to a mutually agreeable date at no additional cost

Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 14 days before your scheduled session.
  • One free reschedule is permitted per booking if requested within this timeframe.
  • Rescheduling requests made with less than 14 days’ notice may be subject to availability and additional fees.
  • Rescheduling on the day of the session is considered a cancellation and subject to the 100% cancellation fee.

General Terms

  • All fees are non-refundable as stated above.
  • Payment can be made via bank transfer or credit card payment
  • These terms form part of our binding agreement once you have paid your booking fee.

Agreement

By paying the booking fee, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
