Dollar Street

Dollar Street was created by Anna Rosling Rönnlund at Gapminder.  Jonathan photographed over 50 families in urban and rural China for a year. Many of the families were very remote, and extremely poor. The style of photography asked for was very documentary family portraits used to document different lifestyles globally at differing income brackets.

Chevrolet ‘One World Futbol’

P.R. Photography: Chevrolet assignment to cover their PR campaign to bring footballs to the children in rural Thailand. Including abandoned children from sheltered housing to children living in rural villages. Jonathan covered the southern Thailand leg of the campaign, where the GM of Chevrolet Thailand headed the PR Caravan and gave the balls away to the children directly. Then he illustrated the ball being played with in the villages.
